I haven't been able to find a Bosnia & Herzegovina thread on this regional forum so I guess I'll make one (I know there are quite a few BiH filers); so....hello! :)

We successfully went through the K1 process and it was pretty seamless. He entered the states, now we are married and preparing to file AOS papers.

Our Case was just received at the US Embassy in Sarajevo today. Can't believe how fast our case is moving now after the long wait we had after our RFE was received on 10/30/20 to our NOA2 on 1/29/21.

Hello everybody 🙂. I wanted to see if anybody here might have any details regarding status update/case transfer? That is how does it function to transfer the case from one country to another (in this case to transfer the case to Bosnia and to schedule for interview in Sa). Any info, details or heads up for transfer? How would that be done? How is it currently in Bosnia (virus, pandemic, etc.) are cases being processed and are interviews being held? Case is backlogged at nvc since aug 2020, filed dec 2019😕. Need advice, if possible. Thank you.

Hello! My husband and I are still waiting for I130 approval but just want to get as much information as possible in the mean time. When you case gets approved and then goes to NVC one all fees are paid and it gets to the Embassy in Sarajevo do they contact you for an interview or do you have to schedule one? Just want to know how things are working since they have limited interviews due to Covid.

Hi Ericka! My husband and I did k1 process, but im sure the documents are similar if not the same. My husband also needed 2 police certificates. Not sure how to translate but just let your husband know he needs one certificate from the sud (court) and one from ministarstvo unutrasnjih poslova (police)

Hello! I had one more question…how long did it take to get the police certificate from the court? Do you remember?
