Questions after NVC assigned case number

I have read alot of information on these topics but still have some confusion.

1. NVC has given us our case number today after I called and I was wondering if at this stage we can do the DS160 without waiting for it to be transferred to the embassy as I'm sure that won't be for a while since the embassy (Kenya) is closed still, and if I, the petitioner can complete the form and have the Beneficiary review and sign?

2. If I use a cosponsor then we both need to do the form I-134 not the 1-864?

3. Does the beneficiary need a physical copy of the I129F I sent to uscis to be delivered through the mail or can I just send it to him and he prints it? Also I'm curious as to how I'd do that with a signed intent to marry, whether to send through mail or email.

Thank you in advance for your help!

1. You can do the DS160. However, there is no point to do it right now since embassy still close. Usually people not fill out DS160 until they can book a slot for interview.

2.Yes, both need I-134.

3. You don't need a physical copy of I129F. The intent to marry can be sign , scan , then email.

DS 160 can be filled out anytime during your visa process. You can do this , but the applicant needs to upload picture and sign and send. The petitioner cannot sign and send for them. I would say that the DS160 isnt that long of a process, and since unknown when the embassy may open, maybe it may be better to wait for a little bit longer.

Q1 - You can complete the DS-160, Online Nonimmigrant Visa Application at any time but must be completed prior to schedule your interview as the confirmation number is used for that process. Some of the people who are at your stage in the process choose to wait as if anything changes that would affect the DS-160, Online Nonimmigrant Visa Application they do not want to go back and make another entry. Once you submit you cannot go back in and edit your answers.

Q2 - Yes, both the petitioner and the co-sponsor must complete the I-134, Affidavit of Support. The I-864, Affidavit of Support is used for AOS after marriage.

Q3 - The only reason to send a copy of the I-129f, Petition for Alien Fiancé(e) to the beneficiary is so that they have a solid base from which to answer the CO's questions. All the documents that you decide to send to the beneficiary can be emailed and printed in their local this includes the letter of intent.
