Hi, my interview is due, and I wrote my name on Facebook like “M” which indicates my first name, I didn’t write full name but just a letter” and then my husbands name (which isn’t on my documents yet. I wrote it rightfully on my forms aswell, and have no issue if they check it. But it could make some trouble for me? I’m worried :( please help!!

And I’m worried if they’d ask me, why I’m not keeping my original name? Cuz there’s no reason. I’ve been just keeping it this way from start 😕

You can ask the consular officer to update your DS-260.   No rush it won't be until at least next year to get an interview.

I think so? I just wrote first letter, that’s what my husband calls me! So I didn’t think about it. Now I’m kinda confused

What to update hun? I don’t have his name now, but married to him. Legally filed everything. But I’m worried about Facebook name? 🥺

it’s like e.g. M John Jackson (in this M indicates my name, and other two names my husbands full name. In this case, what should I tell them?

You don't need to worry about others' facebook name.   You disclose your social media handles on the DS-260.

No one cares what your social media names are.   If you are applying for a visa you simply list what you have used.
