I need help. I got this text last night"

Document Was Returned To USCIS

On September 22, 2020, the Post Office returned your document to us. We will hold your document for 180 days or until March 21, 2021. Please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request that we resend the document to you. If you do not submit an online request by March 21, 2021, we will destroy your document and you will need to file a new Form I-129F, Petition for Alien Fiancé(e), with fee. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

I have tried to get more information on this but couldn't find anything.  I have updated my new address again and requested it be resent. Does anyone know what would the document be?  Good news? Bad news? It's driving me crazy..

Thats the thing.  We don't know what that is because it was returned to uscis.  I am waiting for it to be resent to me. Just wondering what it could be.

Try contacting USCIS and ask for a tier two who can access that type of information. If your genuinely nice to the agent, they may help you. If they refuse, don't take it personally hang up and try for another agent till you get an answer that you are satisfied with.

That's the only way I know. It should only be days before you see it in your mail box. Good luck and stay engaged.

It's either your NOA2 or an RFE. Same thing happened to me funny enough I went on uscis website and requested a resend but I knew my case was approved from one of those case tracker apps so it was my NOA2.

Keep calling and try to request a resend from uscis website

Why don't you just create an account at USCIS?  If it is your NOA2, it will say "Case was Approved."

Those tracking sites are not official.  They pull data from USCIS.

And while you're at it, make sure USCIS has your correct address.  That would be the address for the petitioner.

Not official but the site showed info before USCIS did in my case which was interesting.

There is no way an unofficial, private app has access to case status info that USCIS does not have.
