Thank you so much you are too kind to go the extra mile to try & help me. Is there a personal message availability through Visa Journey ? I am seeking help for the 1st time. No harm in contacting them anyway & they may refer me to someone else possibly in Nevada. You said they filled a form for you ? Maybe the form has a name or reference number.

the personal message will be on your home page / when you see i sent one hit message

Not negative but after business losses pretty much nothing. It did not qualify but my income is 70k so showing the 6 months source of income helped and past tax returns.

I also explained in my attachment that due to allowed business loss adjusted gross income was lower than actual income.

I did think about joint sponsor or assets but wanted to try the 6 months paystubs first.

Ok so my situation is different in that I have a NOL ( Net Operating Loss Carryforward) from 2009 & is Credit towards my future Taxable income. It started out with about $450,000 NOL carryforward that year & over the years has been used up but I still have about 195,000 available credit till it is all used up. My Income from SS & a Private Corporation Pension can be shown by the SS Benefits award letter & Benefits letter from the Corporation.

Thanks. So in your situation they accepted your explanation letter ?

Since you mentioned that you are a CPA you would know what a Net Operating Loss Carryforward is. So my question to you is how would I go about explaining that in a letter to the NVC so that it is not looked at mistakenly as a negative number. Where as in actuality it is available as a Credit to apply against future Taxable Income. This NOL carryforward started at around 400 + thousand & over the years is now down to around

$ 195,000. I will benefit from it till all $ 195,000 is used up. Your input & help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Yes they accepted the explanation and he is schedule for his interview. Just explain that you are owed credits which allows you to use against earnings and your earnings will be lower due to this which is a benefit. I can do a letter for you.

The main thing is to show your source of income separate from your tax return.
