Thanks a lot for all this details .It will help a lot

I just have one concern ,can I use my cash assets in my bank for I 864 knowing that I the sponsored immigrant’s. Like if I have 30 k in my bank will they count it enough

I thought that my cash in the bank nor my assets can be considered as I’m the one who will immigrate .

Thanks again

You can state and document your assets, but they are not enough alone.  It will just make your wife's affidavit of support look stronger.  I strongly suggest you both study the spouse visa guide, the forms themselves and their instructions.  Almost all the questions you've asked are answered in those places.  This is a do it yourself help site, with emphasis on the DO and SELF.  It is not a spoon feed you site.  If you don't do your homework, you won't know what to ask anyway.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

Btw can I apply from france if I have temporary 1 year permit there

Joint sponsor you mean they consider my bank account as a spouse

thanks

So, are you a French citizen? Or are you a permanent resident there?

Is not like you "choose " the Embassy, you need to be a a citizen or have a legal residency in the country you apply (that was my case, I'm not originally from the country that I applied but I was a permanent resident for 8 years)
