now they will send me DENIED letter after 5months????

Wait for the denial letter to find out why it was denied, if it was denied.  You will need to fix the problem to refile a new i751 petition.

will I get deportated right away???

No, you will be sent to a removal hearing at some point after your denial. If you are denied you should refile  new i751 petition soon after to avoid be put into removal proceedings. You can keep refilling your i751 until you get approval, or you go before an inauguration judge.

Just got an email update that our case has been scheduled for an interview... now we wait for the letter with the date. We sent our AR-11 and I-865 Change of Address forms on November 6th and haven't received a response for either. So, here's hoping that it comes to our new address. We are friends with our old landlords so if it goes to our old house I'm not worried, but still ugh! This interview notice couldn't have come at a worse time for us... but can't do anything about it... pretty bummed tbh. Trying to stay positive!

Congrats!

How long was you waiting for them to schedule the interview after it was ready for interview?

Just received a 24 month extension letter yesterday. Went in August for biometrics and had previously received an 18 month extension letter in October of 2020. We filed our I-751 in September 2020 at the Potomac Service Center. Wondering if they'll just issue the green card automatically.

You should refile your i751 again, if a joint application explain why you filing late.

As for the RFE, did you send a copy of the RFE letter with the bar code in the RFE response. It may be the RFE got missdireced without the needed document to be included or you may not have sent to the address directed.

The USCIS will not grant you an appeal of the denial of Form I-751. Instead, you will have to wait until you receive a Notice to Appear and contest the denial in court. If you want to avoid immgration court try refiling a new i751 petetion right away.

Got my interview notice in the mail yesterday- January 5th in Albany. Our AOS interview was in Manhattan. It doesn't really matter for us what field office it is, as they're both 2 hours away. I'm guessing it's not the same office because of case loads.

I also just got an email five mins ago saying that they cannot process our change of address AR11 form because I've been scheduled for an interview and to change the address *at* the interview. We sent our change of address forms before we were scheduled, but I guess they didn't get to them until after we were scheduled for the interview.

I'm guessing I should just bring new AR11 and I865 forms with us? We haven't received any notification regarding our I865, but my tracking says it was delivered.

Hi guys, I have two questions that I hope some could help.

1.  the service center processing the I751 is NBC.  Is that the Nebraska center?

2.  Wife's 2 year green card expired.  Is there anyway she can travel back to her home country and then reenter the US?

National Benefit center in Missouri, most likely going to have an interview at your local USCIS office.

Yes she can travel with the NOA (receipt notice) should have received already. The recept notice has a 24 month or (18 months) extension extending proof of her legal permanent residency  for travel, new job or driver license.

Extension letter plus expired conditional green card = proof to travel for 18 or 24 months after expiration of the green card.

If you have filed an i751 and got the receipt notice you are good to travel.
