Hey Guys !
Do you guys think USCIS will use my old biometric again?  Due to , back in August 2018 I applied for EAD/AP Re-Newal they used my previous biometrics ( 9/17) for that but later in November 2018 of that year I got my GC.

- How many times do you think  a previous  biometric can be used?

I think it really depends. I feel they just do this because of the pandemic. Otherwise, i am pretty sure they would ask everybody to provide biometrics again.

That and they have been losing money, for everybody they waive they save $85. that could add up fast. Im just happy she does not have to give up a days work to get them done again.

Donate to the cause.  I would even pay for premium processing if they had that. This waiting drives me NUTS!

Hello everyone!
I sent my package on 9/8
Delivered to Phoenix AZ on 9/10

I have not heard from them and my check hasn’t been cashed. Any thoughts on why it would take so long? I’m worried something was wrong and they are sending it back..

My package was received on 9/10 and I'm also still waiting for a response and for my check to be cashed.  I'm also hoping mine hasn't been sent back.  It's worrying seeing others post that they received their notification in 6-10 days...

I agree, I’ve seen other cases going much faster. My check was chased last night. So I hope they send me the NOA soon.
Hopefully they’ll cash your check soon! Fingers crossed 🤞

Hello, I was reading the instructions and debating about whether or not I need to make a check for the biometrics?

On page 2 of the instructions it says:

U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident Spouse. If you are the U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident spouse, you do not need to include a biometric services fee at the time this petition is submitted. If USCIS later notifies you that you must submit your biometrics, you will receive a biometric services appointment notice with instructions on how to submit the additional fee.

I am married to a US citizen and removing the condition, so I am thinking I do not need it just now and if they require biometrics again, I will pay then?

Its me again with a question for those who send the e-notification G-1145 how long after reception do you get the text message, or how long after the check is cashed.

please and thank you.

My husband received a text message the same day the check was cashed, for some people a day or two after.

You need  to include the biometric fee if you sending I 751petition before OCT 2nd and after OCT 2nd there is no biometric fee but you pay $160 more
