Im filling out my k1 visa app.  Im not sure if where it asks for current city of residence of my parents what to put in the blank if they are deceased.  Either deceased or NA or blank?

There is a tickbox in the DS-160 for "non living". If you select this, you don't need to put an address.

"Deceased" for City/Town/Village of Residence box

"N/A" for Country of Residence box

Per OP's post history, it looks they haven't filed I-129F petition yet.

My fiancé has a deceased parent. In that box I put “N/A - parent 2 is deceased”

Found love, thought I wanted this path, two years later realized my partner was not worth all the stress 😁
