Case update - is this for real?

I sent in my I485 RFE for my medical 68 days ago, and still have not heard anything about it "being received" on my case status online. I called a rude representative and she said that they do not update RFEs, and that it will just be decided. Does anyone know if this is for real?

I got an RFE after AOS interview and my status didn't change to say they received it. I now have my GC

When I sent it back my RFE it said they received it.

some good people at USCIS update the status while the rest dont bother.  Asking them for a simple question will get you a complex answer.

Same boat. My medical was delivered at Jun 1st. The status still shows Request for Initial Evidence Was Mailed now.

My PD is not current yet. How about yours?

Mine updated saying they received my evidence but that's it.

Mine is current. 

I spoke to a T2 officer and they said internally they had processed my RFE one week after it arrived. They just did not update it online. It is now at the FO. 

But yes, he said I would only know that by asking him that and them looking at their internal syste,

I spoke to a T2 officer today, she helped to check in the system and said she still cannot find a clear answer. She can only find that my case was worked on at Jun 4th and my response package should be delivered at Jun 1st. So she said they should have the response and forwarded my query to the office where I replied the RFE. They will reply my query by email within 2 weeks.

My case is still in NBC where I reply the RFE. So complicated...

Usually, they will update it in a couple of weeks. If not, I would send in a duplicate one in case that they lost it.

To close the loop on this. 

My I485 was approved today. No interview. Am EB2 ROW applicant. 

I sent in my medical in June and never ever got a response online saying "RFE received". Was always "RFE sent". I sent to NBC. 

I called a T1, and they said they received and processed my medical in June but guess not always updated on website. They also said NBC sent it to FO to be processed.
