You should be fine - Everyone has to get a medical done.

Yes - they do assist with this as well - you can see the website below and look at the vaccination section.

I think they wont close in sha Allah because UK, Turkey and Canada cases increased a lot too after embassies opened but they still remained open. So, I hope in sha Allah covid cases wont affect embassy at all.
