My wife's Philippine Birth Certificate shows "Late Registration", problem?

Hi guys,

 

Getting ready to upload my wife's birth certificate to the CEAC website for NVC and just wanted to ask if having "Late Registration" on her birth certificate will be any problem?

 

I thought that when we applied for her Philippine Passport before that they asked for a baptismal or something of the sort because of it. Not sure if we will have a problem in this case though. Thanks!

Pretty common in the Philippines.
