March Filers with NO APPROVAL yet.

thanks ras and pkewl , but why the 129 or k3 still not approved ? my wife cant bring the kids on 130 petition . they have to follow on later and its hard for us to leave the kids behind . but when i called earlier i gave the the receipt which for the 129 and they say it was approved but they sent me different notice in the email it for 130 , so I'm confused if both is approved the same time,

second- ur I-129F is mostly likely approved as well. u will get that email tonight or tomorrow. so smile.

did anyone else try calling nvc... i tried many times through the day but the number was busy busy busy.

I still hate CSC..even though the approved my petition........ it should not take them more than 3 weeks to forward bunch of papers....

if vermont center can do it in 7 days..it should not take them more than 14.

GUYS THERE IS REALLY POWER IN PRAYER. I WAS SO AFRAID MY WIFE WAS GOING TO GET DENIED. I WAS ACTUALLY WONDERING HOW I WOULD COPE WITH SOMEONE IVE GROWN TO LOVE SO MUCH. AS A LAST CHANCE HOPE I CALLED ONE MORE TIME, AND BAM WERE APPROVED.

Thanks Lvivlovers ! Like you my I-130 has only been touched once way back on the 23rd of March. I guess we don't know whether touches are good or bad along the approval journey.

It is great seeing all these march filers getting approvals. I think majority of us have already received them. the uscis has been really rough with our March group

anyhow.. lets all pray for the friends who are still waiting for their approvals- especially Zolanden. Poor thing has been waiting for very long time.

just got the approval email on my 129..

lol yeah guys i just reacted too early i got the email approval on my 129F just after 1hr of my 130 . Well now its aonother waiting time for the forward of the documents in the consulate , but at least approved already , and to those guys not yet approved Im sure ur time will come.
