Hello All:

One more March filer with no approval yet. Actually - Im a February filer - but they bounced our I-130 cause we used her PO Box in Moscow for the address (my lawyer says they used to accept this). So I received my NOA on March 20. They told me that my case had been assigned to someone on August 15, but no touches since then except for my call on August 29th.

My wife and I have actually been seperated for 18 months now - we couldnt marry till February due to my personal circumstances.

Anyways - I am getting really frustrated and angry about this - my congressman is ridiculous and my attorney has no answers either. Anybody have any suggestions ???

Thanks

Sorry,I have no suggestion, just wanted to wish you LUCK!

Got a touch on both my I-130 and I-129F on 9/3/07. Just got email saying the I-130 has been approved. Hopefully I-129 is next. Keep the faith.

Congrats!

The another approval is on it's way!

I am still nervous about her,but my husband told me that I shouldn't,because she is listed on my I 129 F petition, and it is approved so she can travel with me.

Don't worry too much. If you are coming on a K3, she will come on K4. If you were doing the CR1, then you have to worry about her I130. Her I130 just needs to be approved for AOS.
