I got a touch today! Hopefully I'm in queue (sp?) to get approved soon. I made a bet with my wife on the 14th of this month....I bet that we would get the NOA2 between the 14th and 22nd and she took between the 23rd and 31st. If I win, she has to study an extra hour of English every day for the rest of the month. If she wins, she gets to take a break from the English studies. Wish me luck!!! :lol:

I called today morning... they have not received it. I guess it is too early for my petition to get forwarded to NVC. There are so many of us before me waiting for theor petitions to get forwarded to NVC.

This is complete madness... you wait for your petition approval and once that wait is over, now you wait for it to get transferred to NVC... and when that wait is over you again wait for your petition to get to the embassy/consulate.

I-130 timeline

03/13/2007 - Sent I-130 to Nebraska Service Center

03/20/2007 - Received NOA1 for I-130 from California Service Center

08/14/2007 - Approved!

I-129F timeline

03/21/2007 - Sent I-129F to Chicago

04/04/2007 - Received NOA1 from MSC

08/14/2007 - Approved!

09/14/2007 - Received by Consulate

10/03/2007 - Delivered Packet3 to Consulate

10/12/2007 - Packet3 acknowledged, received Packet4

12/20/2007 - Interview date

12/23/2007 - POE Chicago

AOS/EAD

01/23/2008 - Sent AOD and EAD applications

01/31/2008 - NOA1 for AOS and EAD

I think your NOA2 is overdue... you should be getting it this week. Good luck

GUYS THERE IS REALLY POWER IN PRAYER. I WAS SO AFRAID MY WIFE WAS GOING TO GET DENIED. I WAS ACTUALLY WONDERING HOW I WOULD COPE WITH SOMEONE IVE GROWN TO LOVE SO MUCH. AS A LAST CHANCE HOPE I CALLED ONE MORE TIME, AND BAM WERE APPROVED.

I would be so thrilled if I got my approval in the next couple of days that I would probably drive out there to pick up the NOA2 hard copy!

Maybe we can all pitch in and send some cheeseball like Tony Robbins out to CSC to get them motivated to get everyone's up through early April NOA1's done by the end of this week :lol:

I just received my notice of approval now in the email but its on my 130 , and my wife has kids in first marriage she cant bring them in 130 petition , but my 129F has been touched also today. are they going to approved the K3 visa also ?

thanks ras and pkewl , but why the 129 or k3 still not approved ? my wife cant bring the kids on 130 petition . they have to follow on later and its hard for us to leave the kids behind . but when i called earlier i gave the the receipt which for the 129 and they say it was approved but they sent me different notice in the email it for 130 , so I'm confused if both is approved the same time,

Congratulations Brandon and Irene :dance: :dance: , you guys were way overdue. Now as it looks in the K3 timeline stats for the Philippines I now hold the longest with no approval.

Irene, give the CSC a day or two to see if the other petition gets approved.
