robin and the rest of you guys you are completely right. I should learn to be more patient, and just flow with the process. I appreciate all the support we give each other in this forum and i do believe soon we will be out of this hole. I got another touch this morning, so ill just relax and see what happens.

Something I learned in personal organizational training for best business practices is "if you touch it, finish it." It takes too much time to shuffle papers around and work on this 5 minutes, then that for 5 minutes, etc., etc. You end up spending all your time shuffling instead of finishing anything by doing that. But if you touch it and finish it, you are more efficient.

I have a feeling your adjudicator could learn some great processing tips by attending a similar seminar. My guess is the person is just shuffling papers around inefficiently to either work on the easy stuff or to simply look busy. If so, shame, shame. This would explain why you see so many touches and why you're on the longer waiting list. It seems to be a ####### shoot on who gets our paperwork.

God thank you...

I got approved, I just got an e-mail dated Aug 16th. I'm shaking right now, and I'm crying.

I feel happy and sad, happy that i am going to see my husband and sad because some of you are not approved.

Congrats! One more success for the week! To those still waiting...hang in there because as you can see more and more people are being approved every day. They are really ramping up and finally doing some approvals so your time is coming very soon!

Wife's visa journey:

07/07/11: U.S. Citizenship approved and Oath Ceremony!

MIL's visa journey:

05/22/12: Interview passed!

Congratulations to all March Filers that have been approved this week. I"m so happy for you guys! I"m still waiting. I was touched on the 15th so I hope that I hear something next week. I also did call and was told that an officer has my case for processing. CSC did good this week. Pleeeeeeeeeeeease continue the good work. Many of us just want that approval. Have a good weekend all and hopefully next week will show more approvals.

Approved! Finally.....wow... I am in India right now and I was traveling to see my wife on the 16th in Lucknow. I didn't get a chance to login and check my internet until today. Well, I checked my email 30 mins back and we were approved on the 15th. They are sending a notice in the mail...now how much longer before we get the I129 approved... Just wanted to come on here and update you guys also. So excited...
