I submitted my N400 around mid March, got confirmation around the 3/25 and then nothing else. The USCIS website says that after the background check I will be fingerprinted and my case will be completed by August, but I don't know if that means just the paperwork, or includes interview and ceremony of oath. And of course the pandemic creates uncertainty.
Yes, it looks like Cleveland it's one of the fastest office in the country, there was even an article on the Plain Dealer a while ago. If you dig a bit into this forum, you'll find another Cleveland thread. Also worth  looking in the timeline function of this website, I believe there are people who got everything done in 4 months. In theory it should be a walk in the park but we'll see. Good luck to you, and to all of us!
Edit: here is the thread

As per the NOV 2019 thread it is confirmed that at least oath ceremonies have resumed in Cleveland, OH. Now let's see what happens to interviews and the like.

I am still set to be completed in August 2020 according to USCIS, but so far no updates on fingerprints.

Mine still says est completion is 4 months and the processing time for cleveland field office on USCIS site is still 4-6.5, I read that they are having a webinar on the 18th and announce the ASCs opening. ASCs might reopen on the 22nd

Guys, I filed N400 in Mid March, received biometric appointment for Apr 3rd, and nothing happened after that. My case completion is showed as June 2020 till yesterday, and now it disappeared. Does anyone's biometrics rescheduled so far ?

I applied on June 1st and haven't gotten any updates yet. My estimated case completion shows October 2020 still. I heard they are reopening on July 13th and might send bio notices soon. Let us know when you get yours!

Guys who had 751 petition approved or still pending before applying for naturalization, which service center is processing it? I plan to move soon to Cleveland and apply for N400, but still have 751 at Texas Service Center...Wondering how moving may affect it... Thanks

Every time you change address you are supposed to inform USCIS about your move. There is form for that on the USCIS website. Then your case will move to your new jurisdiction. CLE is a good place to apply for naturalization, as it is supposed to be one of the fastest in the country. That was, before the pandemic, right now everything seems on hold.

Did you get any letter regarding your Apr 3rd appointment being descheduled?
