It's a prediction and is only as good as the underlying data.

USCIS staff from what people have been told, are working with a skeleton crew during the pandemic. I filed in December and still waiting for NOA2. I know other December filers still waiting as well. 

 

The visajourney estimate told me early April. It's now past that.
