So it means the w2 summary I saw in some of the tax return he filed is what I need ?

Possibly.  It should just say w2 with numbered boxes. Have his name and address, his ssn, his company name and address, earnings etc..

Ok can he use the w2 of previous job? Cause he just got a new job about a week ago. And the new job is what he stated in AOS form

I believe so, as long as that was what reflected in the tax return he gave you. Just ask him to scan or give you the W2 form he used to file the tax return.

I did. They keep telling me that they take cases in order and they receive them. We all know from these forums that is not true.

Solve it?..... We got DQ'd. But now wait for Embassy to reopen so we can wait in line of "first come first serve" interview. Which we all know is another BS answer.

Yes I mean If you receive DQ after how long ? Did you call or take any action  or just wait ?

25Jan2019 applied I-130

21Feb2020 submitted all documents to NVC

13May2020 DQ.

Called many times with no luck.

Attempted to get expedite several times, denied.

Senator inquires, no luck

The process has not been logical or fair. You can read on visa journey many people getting way shorter times and many getting longer times. I can't find patterns or reason.
