Here's an Interesting question: My spouse has her interview next week .I will have mine the week after.

Assuming she gets through her process , when I go for my interview, I'm wondering if I need to carry her naturalization certificate/ would a copy suffice ? Trying to get her passport application in as soon as her oath is done.

No, they don't ask for any documents regarding spouses. I had brought my husband's passport and BC, they don't ask for any of it. And since you're not filing under the 3 year rule, your marriage is even less relevant.

You can upload a copy in your online account if you want to, but they won't care about it.

Still no movement on mine. Debating whether I should file a FOIA request.

I'm growing beyond frustrated.

If you are still waiting, I would suggest you do.  It costs nothing and can't hurt, I would also suggest contacting your congressman/woman and senators as well.

The FOIA is kind of an unknown but there is a good handful of us that have received interviews after filing one.

Did you find the documents? Just few minutes back, mine also completed, but I don't find the document in the library. Is it an timing? should I wait until tomorrow? Pls advise! Between my wife is still in step 2.

I can't find it either. I looked under documents in my account but it's not there. I'm guessing it arrived to the field office since they scheduled me for the interview.

Thanks!

Could be something to do with the size of the file. I've been a permanent resident since 2009 and I was on a student visa before that since 2001 when I arrived to the US. Now  I'm curious to see what they have on me.
