Hi have a question  I submitted a 1-130 for my daughter  she had a visitor visa  she had a child here and went back home she was returning and was. Send back home I hit a letter from USCIS to explain about her exclusion proceeding  they need date and time and they reason do you think i am going to need a lawyer for this  or it this going to be a problem

1) On what basis was she denied entry?

2) Was she issued an expedited removal/deportation?

3) If I understood the situation correctly, she gave birth in the US. If so, did she pay for all costs of birth and care? Was any government assistance used?

She was deny entry and send back on the flight the next day 

we were bill for all cost the child got government assistance

OP is really not very clear but it sounds to me like they got the bill after the deportation (that was another attempt at entry)

 

I can’t imagine a visa will be issued until the full amount is paid off?

 

it’s also still not clear (despite having been asked by geowrian) what the terms of denial/deportation were, so it’s also not clear if she is under a ban or not.

Ok so... what exactly is your question? You asked in your first post if this is a “problem”, I mean, obviously she can’t enter till her ban is over. Is that what you meant by “problem” or did you mean something else?

I got a notice in the mail requesting the reason she was deny entry and the date and proof that she is still in Jamaica so I was wonder if I need a lawyer

Sounds like an expedited removal, given the 5 year ban. An I-212 covers that, or just waiting out the ban. Until it is waived or expired, no visa can be issued.

Also, there may or may not be some public charge issues...but it's impossible to say much here as details are so sparse.
