Cannot Login-Application Error

It happens to me exactly. The got the same error and that's why they send to supervisor for review. In ceac, there is no advisory that they have system maintenance. Keep on checking every week. I was frustrated when I encountered it. I cant login and therefore can't proceed anything. Hope it will works for u soon.

I mean I can log in but my situation is that in the status for my AOS and FE it tells me incomplete. When i go ahead and click on it it sends me to the application error. I called NVC and they told me that on their end it shows that on their end they see a complete so IDK what to believe now.

If I were u, send it to nvc in public inquiry form and provide screenshot. Explain that ur trying with all browsers and still the same. I really that application error before. It makes me paranoid during that time. Sometimes the nvc agent don't know also. I'm sure there's only a glitch in their system since ceac is working fine.

What makes me paranoid is the the difference in what i see and what they see. So I dont know what to believe. I did try the inquiry but injust submitted it on friday since I didn't know about it until then.

Now they are fast in responding emails 3-5days. I'm sure it will work out soon.  For me u can't imagine, I paid the fees April 8. From April9 I cannot log in anymore until may1..its very disappointing and only me is facing the error. Some are having issues on uploading docs but mine was worst.. Have u tried to login in another device.

I tried phone and laptop but nothing works. I'm hoping that I'm seeing the wrong status since they say they see a complete on the AOS and financial evidence. I didn't receive any messages for that , only for 2 civil documents. Birth and Marriage but that section works fine. I already uploaded them. It's only the financial part. I'm praying theirs is correct and I am completed on the financial part.

I am facing same issue now. I paid fees on april 11 2024. its been a week and nothing. everytime i try to login using firefox. chrome, edge, mobile and another devise all leads me to URL was rejected. I even send the screenshots of error using the public inquiry thing but no result. i dont know how else to contact them. can someone help me with a phone number or an email that i can use. its very frustrating. you are ready to follow up on the next step but stuck because of this log in error.
