Evidence of a bonafide marriage

My fiancè lives in the UK but holds an indian passport

I am an American citizen

She got denied a visiting visa twice due to not enough strong ties to the UK.

We will be applying for a spouse visa after our ceremony which will hopefully sometime this year (due to pandemic not sure when)

we have never lived together so much of the evidence for bonafide marriage such as real estate property, banks etc. we don't have. We do have flight tickets, numerous pictures, our engagement with our families/friends, texts, facetime etc. for the last 6-7 years of our relationship. Im finishing up my last year in grad school as well so that is why I dont have any house under my name as of now.

Would that evidence that we do have be substantial enough? anything we could include that doesn't require my fiance to be in America?

thanks again

The very best evidence you can provide is your marriage certificate and evidence of time spent together.  Newly married couples living in separate countries are not expected to have joint bank accounts or a lot of joint property.......

thank you

this may seem like a dumb question

for the affidavits letters by family/friends can it be typed up with a hand written signature after printing it? or the whole letter should be hand written? or it doesn't matter at all? thank you

I don't think it matters.....as long as the affidavit meets USCIS requirements for translation certification.

Such affidavits carry little to zero weight in the overall evaluation of a file; skip those in favor of evidence of time spent together in-person, that is your strongest evidence.

Best evidence of a bona fide marriage when you live in separate countries:

1.  time spent together--passport stamps, boarding passes, hotel receipts, photos of the two of you together showing multiple visits, as many as you can do before filing the I-130 petition

2.  financial co-mingling--beneficiary on life insurance, bank accounts, retirement accounts, list the foreign spouse on your US health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance; will, living will, power of attorney; joint credit card accounts showing you both use them, file US income tax as married jointly with W-7 to get an ITIN; all these can be done while living in separate countries

3.  submit all of this evidence WITH the I-130 petition

It worked for us, only an 11-month process from filing the petition to receiving the CR-1 visa.

Good luck!!
