Hope everyone in the VJ community is alright, safe and having a good day. its been tough times out here for everybody and especially for me. but i know that you guys have helped me before and i know that i can always come to this forums for help if i ever need to. you guys should also ask me for anything with my messages and tracker being open for anyone to use. Recently i got news that my Father died back in egypt due to cancer, and that leaves my brother and mother in egypt on their own. I will be applying for my mother's PR in 2 years but i dont know how to get my brother from egypt to the US. i need ideas please, anyone has experience with such thing before ?? maybe you know someone who have been through something similar , please help me with ideas and/or suggestions of bringing my brother to the US.
~thank you in advance.

How old is your brother?

Just another random guy from the internet with an opinion, although usually backed by data!

Usually the quickest route is for you Mother to immigrate and then she applies for him, assuming he remains single.

Assuming your brother will be over 21 your timeline would be

  • 2 years until mother immigrates (potentially)
  • If brother is unmarried she can petition for F2B. Wait time is about 6 years

So in total about a minimum of 8 years from today
