I-130 Form questions about copies

Hello!

Please advise if there is a protocol on asking random questions on this site! I just am creating new threads via the forum.

On the I-130 form, it asks for my US citizenship and I am going to provide copies of my passport. Are copies of all pages required? And are there copy requirements? Like do they need to be copied at 150%?

Just to confirm, we have to just provide COPIES of everything for this I-130 form, correct?

Thank you,

Angell

With the passport, only the BIO page is necessary to prove USC

Copies are fine for documents, unless the I-130 instructions state otherwise.

If you want to add evidence that you spent time together, you may want to scan the passport stamps if you have any to show.

I think generally things should be 100%, unless they don't fit, but you'll want to scan at a higher dpi, for printing this is 300.

A tip if scanning to pdf, if the file size is too big, scan it as jpg and convert it to pdf.

Also Bio Page is the Page with your Photo, Name, passport number and stuff on it. I didn't know this when I first was starting this process but eventually I figured it out lol

But yes everything is just copies unless I-130 and USCIS states otherwise. And make sure its readable and you can see everything that is copied.
