Beneficiary Letter of Intent To Marry ("Wet" Signature)

My beneficiary is 8,000 miles away... can she draft up a Letter of Intent to Marry, sign it, then scan it and send to me to print?

 

I'd rather do it this way for the sake of time (trying to get the petition done ASAP). Should i just bite the bullet and have her send it to me via snail mail?

A careful read of the instructions will provide the answer.   All evidence submitted to the uscis is legible photocopies unless an original is specifically requested

That's what I would do.  Personally, I would ask her to sign it in blue ink and scan it in color.

Thanks. I know for those that have gone through these processes before, they may seem like silly questions from a newbie. Try to remember what it was like your first time around. A lot of questions/instructions can be vague and ambiguous. And with so much riding on a right/wrong answer, i feel the need to have stuff explained to me like a 4-year old

We have all been there at one point in time. If you could be so kind to fill in the rest of your account. A lot of question will end up being country specific and the little flag helps with that.
