The behavior to quickly look for a new SO - or just a companion, I won't judge - is not unusual. My ex did the same and we are both USCs by birth.

1/2/18: EAD + AP approved (no website update), 1/5/18: EAD + AP mailed, 1/8/18: EAD + AP approval notice hardcopies received, 1/10/18: EAD + AP received

9/5/18: Interview scheduled notice, 10/17/18: Interview

10/24/18: Green card produced notice, 10/25/18: Formal approval, 10/31/18: Green card received

VAWA for what exactly? She has a green card already. VAWA doesn't apply. I don't think she thought this through.   She can do ROC with an abuse waiver if desired, but it would not be to her

She cannot file VAWA if she already has a green card. She can file to remove conditions based on a good faith marriage with a divorce waiver. You will never know anything about it and you can do nothi

Both are permanent resident cards. Neither is "temporary". One is conditional and one is unconditional. VAWA does not apply to removing conditions. Abuse does, but again, it very likely is not to

Your refusal to move on and do what you need to in order to help yourself is going to end up hurting you way more than it will her at this point.

I’m not even sure if you could call it “quickly” based on how many times they’ve broken up and gotten back together. Sounds like the relationship has been “over” for a while =\
