I got notification about DQ last week. Don't have any idea that how long it will take to get interview date after DQ in nepal. Another question is do I need to send original form of I-864 affidavit of support to my wife for interview or scan copy will be good? Please help me.

Scan is fine.

Don't know about Nepal consulate scheduling. I'd guess a few weeks.  Ask in the regional forum?

I thinks its around a month or two for interview scheduling.

US embassy KTM instruction packet does say i864 requires original wet signature, if not already provided to NVC.

SCAN should work. check US EMBASSY OFFICIAL WEBSITE. IT SAYS "the timing will vary based on the individual circumstances of each case.  You can check the status of your visa application on ceac.state.gov."

Thankyou! and how long is the wait time between the interview letter and the actual interview date?

Trying to estimate our visa timeline.....

For us 28 days but for my other friend has 24 days so I guess it's either 30 days or less for nepal. Best of luck..
