Form I-130 and I130A (merged topics)

Hello,

I am filling the i130 form online for my wife and I got a little bump on the way. At the last 5 years employment history section it would not let me save it unless I put an ending date.Should I enter the today's filling date even tho my employment has not been terminated?

I would use today's date if "present" is not allowed.

Yes, you have to put a date (can't leave blank nor type letters). Same thing for the current physical address. I thing it's a little odd.

Yep you have to use the current date. One of the little “snags” of the online form

Hello,

I am filling  the form I130A in the behalf of my spouse as the interpreter and also the preparator. I am doing the tipping on my computer with a PDF filler. Do I have to print the form, handwrite my signature in black ink, then scan and attach the form to the I130 application or a handwritten E- signature would do it to?
