Apparently, it is partly because it is WAC which is the slowest among all centers from what I see. I wonder if anyone from February filers have any updates for WAC. Haven't seen in the topic.

we are WAC too, havent heard anything on biometrics either, basically no updates since we received the extension letter, i do follow the California fillers thread, and a few Nov- Dec 2019 fillers got their biometrics waiver a few weeks ago, we are in for a LONG wait, I'm expecting to hear something within the next month, at least for biometrics, but who knows!

Thank you for the reply! I just checked those threads you mentioned. Yep, it looks like a long wait. Well, good luck to us!

This is so sad and disheartening... the year has run us all to the ground ugh.

For my case, after the name change notification, I got a new update on August 10 that they applied my old biometrics to the removal of conditions case. So, at least it's moving... until they all get furloughed 😕

I checked the processing time for Texas this morning; 14.5 - 20 months, so I decided not to think about it for the rest of the year because it was going to take a while...

And then I got this update this afternoon!

Congrats!!! That's a huge update especially during this time. Are you a February filer?

Thank you! Yes, I filed at the end of February.

I think ROC is one of the few processes where progress can be fast right now, for people who have done AOS. My biometrics and interview were waived, because I had already done all that 2 years ago for AOS

Apparently, it depends on a center too. The one in California is the slowest. May I ask also when did they waived your biometrics? My status still shows "Case was received" since the beginning of March.

Yes, Texas seems to be going pretty fast for some people.

I received an update on May 8 that my fingerprints from AOS were going to be re-used.
