Wow this is great news! Congratulations ! We got notice of EAD being created today, so it seems that our interview being scheduled could be just a few weeks away too.

 

I'm amazed how quickly this process is moving!

Case was updated on I131 , say as of March 12th  case updated to show finger prints was taken. How does this affect the process timing?

It doesn’t. It changes for everyone once the fingerprints are taken.

Everything went pretty well.  Interview finished at 9ish and by 10:30 i got this.

They didn’t, i was waiting for them to ask because I saw that you had said they asked about it. Just asked questions about our relationship and then went through my i485 and asked me if any of it had changed and that was pretty much it

I emailed my Lawyer and she stated that the EO does not affect my parents case.

Also today my parents received RFE  from local FO asking for passport photos. Not sure why.

My father's mail was torn in half and missing a piece of the letter. My lawyer will email a copy she got.

Does anyone know why the Case status online is not updated?

Parents received RFE from Fort Myers Office and they responded to the Fort Myers office, but their status doen not show RFE
