"ID different"? Have you ever used any other IDs, assumed other's names, passports, pretended to be someone else, in dealing with US immigration?

Another possible reason is that you are a victim of ID theft and someone else used your identity trying to get a visa or something.

Can you post the actual paper, black out all personal information?

Everyone experiences administrative processing,  did they ask for additional evidence?

Has ceac status changed to nonimmigrant?

YMMV

I tried to pist it, but allowed to upload only 798kb. This paper 221g white color, they didn't indicate any documents to be sent.  Just written administrative processing. I don't get them. Why i need to wait more, we already waited for 7 months 😭 Even if our documents everything good.

Your documents weren't checked prior to getting to the consulate.  Depending on your work and living history this may take time to check in Russia.

Nobody knows exactly how long it will take.
