Packet 4 - Medical and Interview help? Canada

Does anyone know what the packet 4 letter looks like? Two days after submitting packet 3, I got this email that starts with this:

"This office has completed the review of the below-referenced immigrant visa case. You are now ready for an interview at the U.S. Consulate General in Montreal, where all interviews for immigration to the US from Canada are processed. This letter provides information on the next steps you must take to continue with your immigrant visa case."

But the only mention of packet 4 looks like this at the bottom:

"Appointment letter: (Packet 4)" with no link or pdf attached.

Is this confirmation to proceed with scheduling everything?

I’m live in Alberta. I flew to Vancouver last week for my medical (350$ medical fee) and flew into Montreal tonight for my interview tomorrow morning. Definitely a PITA.

Yes.

The email itself is packet 4 as I understand. Where the email tells you your next step is the medical and booking the appointment, yeah?

Print out that email, you'll need it for your medical.

Next step is to create an account using the link provided(U.S Department of State Visa Appointment Service)in the email, they ask you to pay the application, about $250. Then you can pick a date for the interview.

Print out 2 copies the information they give you for you're interview once you book it and proof of payment, it should be emailed to you if you pay online. You'll need a copy for your medical as they want proof that your have an appointment and one copy for your interview as they want to make sure you paid.

I had my interview literally less than an hour ago. I was approved. I'm sitting in my hotel room in Montreal as we speak. The Best Western plus on Drummond St is in walking distance of the medical place and the visa place.

Good luck!
