I have no problem with people individually destroying their own bodies as adults. There's clear mental illness connotation to this self-destructive behavior. So that's why education and help would be good for these people, but rather, we're being taught now by people who don't know what they're doing, nor talking about, to normalize this sort of abnormal behavior, or ask the impossible, which is for society and others to actually cater to it. I guess this guy was just removed from the LGBTQ Christmas Card list.  I expect sometime in the future, the tolerant folks of that organization will respond.
