It's online. 

Kansas City just won't do oath after interview unfortunately! Wish they did. and Congratulations!

I live in KC too! I have my interview by the end of July. I hope I can make it to the August ceremony!!

My online account updated that my case is approved and that my only next step is the ceremony but it updated estimated completion date to October 2020 :((((
