Petition family in the Philippines to US. Petitioner is dual citizen.

Hi! I tried to search online to gather information about this case but I can't find any so I want to seek help in this forum. I just got my US citizenship September of this year and I'm planning to reacquire my Philippines citizenship soon since I already have my US passport. However I have plans of petitioning my family in the future. Will my dual citizenship delay the process? I will appreciate your responses. Thank you!

no I 130 for parents takes about the same as spouse visa

but for sisters and brothers it is a lot longer

and the needed income levels go up for each person

No.  Your dual citizenship will have zero bearing on the I-130 process.

Keep in mind the priority dates for F4 (Brothers and Sisters of USC) for the Philippines is March 01, 1999. So the wait is 20 years (approx) for a visa to become available for someone who petitions today.
