Can you post a screen shot?  Exactly what does it say in its entirety?

i believe the refused post was what he saw on CEAC site

You said CO treated you rude during 2nd interiew

Is there a big age difference?

i know you say you are disabled but in the US that does not mean a person can not work as many do

How about your education?  Did you continue in school so a job is possible

not sure when u married but you only applied march 2018

did your USC spouse add you to 2018 tax returns to start commingling of finances?

this is important to Casa embassy

you have to prove more than you love someone

you have to prove the relationship is real / it has to be one of trust and beginning the commingling of tax returns is a start

plus things like giving the USC a POA (power of attorney ) so spouse can add you to taxes and then to bank account with the ITIN you get from IRS'

gotta do the above or you will keep getting denied

They’ll send you a letter with reason for denial in about two weeks. You can find out why and hopefully fix it in time. we received a permanent denial a year ago, and our senator helped us get another appointment and my husband was approved the second time.

Don't expect this to happen for Casa embassy/ case is already on the way back to the US

it will take about 6 months to get the NOIR or NOID

and your wife can try to prove the issues that are raised by the CO are not correct

she needs to show reasons for these issues being incorrect along with documentation showing actual proof the CO was wrong

trying to prove you are married with a real relationship will be hard since she said single on tax returns instead of married

Just as a note, any time you ask why something happened, but then won't give everyone details, it kind of makes it obvious that you may know what caused it.

No one here can help you if you are not honest with everyone.

Jeannie is correct, if your wife filed her taxes as single and you are trying to prove you are married, you just won't.

Proof of a basic relationship (chat logs, seeing each other, etc) are basic proof for people who aren't married. They want financial commingling and something a bit stronger for someone who is married.
