Hmmm.  I've never heard of MOA.  We weren't given any choices besides "2go" as a courier.  Our online visa status report just this morning changed to "ISSUED".  Our interview was on the 3rd so it's a similar timeframe to these reports.  Thanks again.

They are referring to the 2Go location at the Mall of Asia (MOA) in Manila.

Oh, I get it.  I'm unfamiliar with local geography.  Sounds like that location is probably closest to USEM however it still consumes nearly a complete day to get to Manila and home again from almost everywhere I've heard about there.  I don't know why the locals tolerate the road conditions.

We still do NOT have our visa.  2Go is unresponsive to e-mail and previous phone calls to USEM on different subjects were useless.  Nothing is simple in the Philippines.

What's the status? Did 2Go send text? 2Go did not text us until they had it ready for pickup.

Yes, it's been issued since 10 Dec.

2GO is notorious for their lack of communication.  Typically a day or 2 to get to MOA.  If it's going out to the province then expect it in about 3-4 days depending.

Well, our experience certainly bears that out.  I assume you mean 3-4 days from the first day of "issued" status.

Yes, 3-4 days after issued if when 2GO will contact you, at least that's how it was for us. We had hers sent to MOA. Approved on Thursday morning, issued on Friday morning, ready for pickup the next Wednesday.
