So when I did and if all is accepted then 60days. When I did it for my wife it took her 2weeks and after that she got an interview date in Jamaica. Sadly it's the Christmas period so I pray you they don't drag their feets.

So do you think it will take 60 days from submitting or 2 weeks?

Just curious - why do you apply for I-130 and I-129?

Hi,

My application was at the Nebraska Center, and it is one of the centers that takes the longest to progress I-130. So I thought/told it would help speed up the process with the I-129F. Our I-130 was approved about a month after I filed the I-129F.

Well! knowingly applying for I-129F after married is a immigration fraud.  So be prepare to answer question. A lot of people got deny because they got marry while waiting for I-129F visa.

But how is it fraud? When I completed the I-129F I submitted proof of the NOA from the I-130.

Your case might be different because you submit both. If you just submit I-129F after marriage, that is a red flag. They will surely deny if they find out.

Thanks, all is well no fraud here... I was very cautious about all the steps because I was afraid of being denied.

Do you know 129f have the option to select Fiancé K1 and Spouse visa which is K3 and if you read what’s on the Uscis you have apply if you filed for the i130.

I haven’t had the positive things. Maybe it’s different for spousal visa. When my husband went for his tourist the lady ask one question and deny him. I’m glad to hear this @Sea Leslie I’ll be all ears after your interview I want to hear your experience!!!
