Hey guys.

just looking for some timeline on how long it takes to have the interview scheduled after the Case becomes Documentarily Qualified with NVC. Haiti is the Embassy the interview would be scheduled with and the  Case became Documentarily Qualified on 11/20/19. Just curious as to how long some of you had to wait until the interview was scheduled.

thanks VJ family

@Luckycuds When I called NVC the advised me that they are going to be working with the embassy. So I will assume it’s probably still with NVC. That’s kinda what the question was how long until an interview is scheduled and or my file gets to the embassy

Since the embassy is so backlogged NVC hasn’t been sending k1s to the embassy so I would imagine it would be the same as CR1s. They’ve been short staffed and have had many days where they’ve had to close.

My case have been approved at NVC since June 19,2019. It is still staying it is at NVC when I call NVC they says it’s because Haiti have been backlogged that’s the reason for not sending it. Yet I know people who who got approved after me that already had their medical.

Wow. My case is at NVC NOW, waiting to be processed. Hopefully everything is ok when everything is done. Call them again. If they had medical done, thats mean that they have a interview date. So call NVC
Im from Haiti too😴. Continue to pray🙏🏼

No. We haven’t had the medical paper. We check our email everyday and I check my mail daily. I called last week and the same thing was said to me. My priority date is April 6,2018. NVC let it known to me that Haiti is the problem not them. At this point Idk what to do.

Yes, I know someone who got their interview sometime in November but they were approved end of June.
