Hi the situation is that my co sponsor required income is $37,712 for the I-134 because she has 3 kids & her self plus she had to add my fiancee to her household. Her income for 2018 was about $37,200 because she started her job in March not January and that affected her income for 2018. Will it be ok to use her as a joint sponsor. Not sure what to do cause she is the only person I have as a joint sponsor

What is her income for 2019? What will her annual pay be come Dec. 31st? The issue you have especially with Nigeria they look at current and most recent year so 2019 and 2018 matters. She didn't make the cut for 2018 and has 3 kids which is a big liability because immigration is looking at her family and what she can provide for them.
remember these are the poverty guidelines so not meeting the guidelines means you are poor.

Also how below the guidelines are you. Or do you not have an income? That plays into it also.

All you can do is submit the paperwork at interview and hope for the best.

That will probably not fly.  What about your income?  Can you look for a better job, or a second job?

My fiancee had his interview already & it went very well all they are asking for is a joint sponsor because my income was under. I was hurt at my job and won a lawsuit but they dont consider that as a yearly income.

What is the real meaning of joint sponsor for

I-134 if both sponsor has to meet a required income and it cant be combined. My fiancee had his interview and it went great they just need a joint sponsor which I'm having trouble to get.

You don't have to ask over and over agian. Did you even look up the definition of a joint sponsor?

"A joint sponsor is someone who is willing to accept legal responsibility for supporting your family member with you. A joint sponsor must meet all the same requirements as you, except the joint sponsor does not need to be related to the immigrant. The joint sponsor (or the joint sponsor and his or her household) must reach the 125% income requirement alone. You cannot combine your income with that of a joint sponsor to meet the income requirement."

Now, if you have a problem with that go take it up with USCIS. They made the rules which are pretty clear, imo.

Well for 2019 her income will meet the requirements. For 2018 she was under because she started at her job in March.

Future income cannot be used to support you now. Neither can past income. They will care about current income first. At the time you present the I-134, it needs to show the petitioner's current income...that is how much they are earning at that time. The past income may be considered for the public charge piece as well, but current income is what is required.
