I mailed my I-129 application on 10/31/2019 to Texas, USA.  But, I have not received anything back from immigration with confirmation of receipt.  How long does this take usually?

Up to 30 days.   Do you have tracking information?

YMMV

Yes,  I did certified the package and it does showed delivered online.

Has your check been cashed? If so then you are not far away from receiving the NOA1. Just a little advise. This process can be long and tedious. Your patience at times will run thin, but to start worrying after 2 weeks is a bit overboard. Sit back and you'll see your NOA1 shortly.

That was 2 weeks ago. give it another couple of weeks before you start fretting about it. as greenbaum said, once the check is cashed you know you should be receiving it soon

I have a similar timeline, my package was delivered 10/31 and I got NOA1 in the mail yesterday 11/13.  Didn't ever get the text/email from USCIS which I guess happens sometimes.

If it was delivered, then it is all out of your hands so try to relax.

Sounds like you will have the chance to review you entire package again to see if there were any other visible errors...maybe a blessing in disguise.
