My wife lost her AOS interview letter 🙄

So my wife has lost her AOS appointment letter.  I know the date and time but I know the letter is needed at the time of interview.  If I call on Tuesday (Monday is holiday)  will tier 2 fax me a copy?  Our interview is on This coming Wednesday, no time to spare

Do you have an online account. If you have an online account you should be able to get your notice online.

Tried that route.  Just says it cants find an appoints for the selected name and birthdate

The same online account you checked for an appointment letter, is that the same account that informs you of approval, etc? The account that I am mentioning has a documents tab. Is there a documents tab?

I don’t recall seeing a documents tab

So here are the steps to an online account:

 

1. Go to uscis.gov

2.Click on the "Tools" tab at the uscis.gov website

3.Click the option "Login or create an account"

4. If you have an account, enter your username and password  NOTE: If you entered your login information three times and it is wrong the system will lock you out. Online enter your username and password twice, if you do not have an account make one

5.After logging in or making an account there will be three tabs: Case Status, Case History, and Documents. The interview letter should be under the documents tab.

The “myaccount.uscis.gov” that you are referring to doesn’t work like you are thinking for i485. It only works for Online Filled Applications like i90, n400 etc. You can only track a paper filed application but no access to documents or notices sent to you.

Precisely why my husband is not allowed to have/keep track of/possess any original documents. I make copies and give him one. And then only if its something i think he should have.

 

hope it works out. you will have to have the letter to get to your interview.

i 485, 130, EAD and AP

04/09/2019    NOA1 received/check cashed i 485 and 130 (direct adjustment)

11/7/2019      Interview- Norfolk

11/10/2019    APPROVED (notification rec'd 11/10, approval dated 11/8)

DONE FOR TWO YEARS!!! ;)

 

Filed everything ourselves with no RFE's or delays.

 

CR1 for Child under 21 (20 at time of filing)- Filed by LPR Spouse for his son

4/4/20     Mailed packet

4/12/20   NOA1 rec'd

10/14/21 (havent heard anything... when do i start to get worried?)

9/15/22 APPROVED! Now to wait for NVC and interview....

 

ROC

10/14/21 Mailed to AZ PO Box. Let the waiting begin. Again.

10/16/21 Received at PO Box

10/19/21 Received Text NOA1

10/23/21 Received Mailed NOA1
