Thank you guys for the advice. He says he won't sign the divorce papers so I have to figure out what's next I guess. This really is a nightmare. You try to do a good thing for someone you care about and they makes your life miserable. We have been together over 7 and a half years. What a waste. Sorry for the mini rant. Thanks again.

Generally, once somebody has been physically residing at an address for x days/months (check local law), they cannot be barred from entry without either police or court involvement. Don't get yourself

You can still file for divorce, he does not have to agree to sign.  Divorce will eventually be granted.

Good thing you don't need his permission to get a divorce. Many think if they don't sign you can't get one. My ex was in that club. Heck the final order went through and he still thought he could fight it.

Agree with Ontarkie, my ex thought because he didn't want a divorce, it wasn't going to happen. Refused and refused to sign a waiver that would have given us a quick clean divorce. Didn't sink in his brain that all it takes is one person to want a divorce for it to be granted until a court date was mailed to his house for him to appear on.
