Not yet - I think that things will move quickly after responding to the RFIE. I am finishing to collect the documents I am planning to send right now: I hope to submit sometimes next week.

 

Regarding the writ of mandamus - I would wait for your application to be a few months outside of normal processing time. Right now, it seems to be right outside of normal processing time, and it may be rejected. I know it is frustrating, but hopefully things will move for you soon as well.

good question which field office sent you the RFIE SFO or NBC?

I received it from the NBC. I sent my response on Tuesday and the package arrived this morning. Hopefully, I won’t have to wait too long for the next steps

Nothing about the N400 - I think either they approve the I-751 without interview, or I will have a combo interview

I hope that after the RFIE they will approve the  I-751 without interview and you get the N400 interview very soon all the best :)

Breaking news - my I-751 was approved with no interview needed. No news about the N400 though - hopefully, it will be addressed at some point. At least, something happened!

now I can say you will schedule 4 interview N400 very soon 

 

pls adv when your I751 transferred to NBC and they got there jurisdiction over ur I751 ?

The 29th of June. Has your I-751 application been moved to NBC as well? I think the main issue is not the N400, but rather the processing of the I-751 at the NBC. Once my I-751 status changed to "ready to be scheduled for an interview", things moved rather quickly. Hope your cases will start moving soon as well - I have been through this wait as well and I know it is extenuating.

What I meant was whether your application has been reassigned to the National Benefits Center after applying for the N400. It seems the bottleneck may be the processing of the I751 at the NBC
