  1. thanks, I did that too but no reply from Ombudsman and for 3 days I can't get hold with USCIS CS they'r v busy did not connect me to any one ...
  2. N400 is within normal processing time , but My question is it right that the field office can not scheduled N-400 interview if they didn't receive the A-file from NBC?
  3. Done, end of Jul for both I751 & N400 below there reply "Thank you for contacting the Ombudsman’s Office. We have reviewed your request for case assistance. Generally, USCIS will adjudicate concurrently pending Forms N-400, Application for Naturalization and Forms I-751, Petition to Remove the Conditions of Residence at the same time. Therefore, we look to the N-400 processing time for the field office having jurisdiction over you to determine whether we are able to provide case assistance. While we understand your concerns, our review indicates that your case is within normal processing times as posted on the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) website at https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/. Because your case is currently within normal processing times, our office will be closing this matter."
  4. Hi, update on my I-751 as it is outside normal USCIS processing time applied on Nov 2018 San Francisco field office 1. green card expired on Feb19 2. stamp my passport expired on Apr19 3. 18 months extension letter expired 1Aug 20 4. last week just got another stamp in my passport for 12 M * I-751 and N-400 simultaneously by local field office at the time of the N-400 interview * Applied for N-400 Nov 2019, fingerprint done Dec 2019 and no RFE, as per USCIS customer services adv that " the case is ready to be scheduled for interview since 01/12/2020 by San Francisco field office. However the A-File is still physically located at the NBC. NBC didn't send the A-file to San Francisco field office yet... As I understand that field office can not scheduled my N-400 interview if they didn't receive the A-file from NBC. - I'm afraid that my A-file may lost or derelict/ parked in NBC, as it's been over 7 months "ready to be scheduled for interview", and no action taking and the file has not been sent to San Francisco field office. No one can stand waiting 20 months for his N-400, or 41 months (20 under N400+21 already past under I751 ) for I-751 "as per Processing time information for the San Francisco field office website" , then find out that his file was lost or derelict. My question is, Did anyone faced same problem and is it right that the field office can not scheduled N-400 interview if they didn't receive the A-file from NBC? Thanks
  5. congratulations:) happy for you & hope u done with your N400 very soon and every one in the group
  6. thanks for sharing , and yes, I highly recommend when you get your new appointment (I hope very soon) to go with your husband just in case the officer need to adjudicate both I751 & N400 together, good luck sharing

We will let you know if we need anything from you. I-751 Received 11/2018 Biometric 05/2019 Green Card Exp: 1/2019 18 moths extension end on 7/2020 * last update on USCIS website On January 27, 2020, we transferred your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, to another USCIS office"National Benefits Center" Lee's Summit, MO. P.S. - Never received that instructions notice that explains why my case moved , I did followed by online request, Email and phone calls but NO respond.
  8. i got 90 days before my 18 moths extension too, now my both N400 & I571 in NBC did any one knows how can I merge both in one case?
  9. Not 100% sure but it shouldn't be another 18 extension, it just stamp in your passport for 90 days but the problem is delay to give u the 18 extension after u applied for I751 then the processing time increasing from 19 moths to 22 to 27.5 and then stamp in your passport 90 days, ........ its never end ???
  10. I already did request Ombudsman last week Thanks "At this point the backlogs are severe and current government doesn't have incentives to process N400 faster for voting purposes. So, I am assuming that these delays are going to linger for a while." Unfortunately I agree , but I hope not... thanks again
  11. Thanks Eddy, I did confirm that on yesterday, but till now no one knows the exact time and how long it will take to process due to COVID19 , I was wondering if any one in that group already request for an expedite it should be after the max rang of the processing time or I can request if I just past the Min my office in San Francisco read 14:27.5 months to proceed the I751
