I have a question to you guys.Just got married a month ago and I’m filling out my paperwork. I’m going to send forms

I-130, I-485, I-765, I-693 all together in one envelope  but I don’t know what I should do with I-131 which is Application for Travel Document. I am in USA and I won’t travel anywhere so I won’t need that. Do I still have to fill it out ? Is it required or optional? Please let me know because I’m stuck l.

Not required but its fee waived with the i485

YMMV

Optional but very highly recommended. There is no good reason not to have AP in case you need it for whatever reason. There is no extra fee.

It is not required but highly recommended because it’s free when filing together with the I-485 and I know you don’t have any plans to travel but what if there an emergency such as an illness of a close family member.  Emergencies do happen without any planning and it’s always nice to have that option. I can’t tell you how many times we hear the story: “geez I just came on K-1 and now my grandfather/grandmother/aunt/sister/brother/insert name here just got sick and I gotta get back” “Ok, but when you leave without AP, you have to start everything over either with a brand new K1 or get married and file CR1”. Neither is fun, will cost more money and many more months/years of separation.

What if you won a scratch-off for a free one week vacation in Mexico?

It's optional, but highly recommended. It's free: https://www.uscis.gov/system/files_force/files/form/i-485instr.pdf Page 16

Filing Form I-485 with Forms I-765 and I-131

If you properly file Form I-485 and pay the required fees, you may file Form I-765 and Form I-131 without paying additional fees. You may file these forms together, or if you choose to file Form I-765 or Form I-131 separately, you must also submit a copy of your I-797C, Notice of Action, receipt as evidence that you filed and paid for Form I-485.

I-693 all together

If you haven't done the medical yet you have the option to do it later: "Applicants may submit the Form I-693 medical examination report to USCIS: Concurrently with the immigration benefit application; or At any time after filing the immigration benefit application but before USCIS finalizes adjudication of that application. If not submitted simultaneously with the immigration benefit application, applicants may bring the medical examination report to an interview or wait until USCIS issues an RFE requesting the medical examination report." https://www.uscis.gov/policy-manual/volume-8-part-b-chapter-4
