We found Poarch Thompson Law can anybody tell me if they can handle the denial cases like ours I highly appreciated your help

$100?  You're not going to find anything cheaper than that.

 

What is your goal with using a lawyer?  They cannot magically make your case go faster or effect a decision.

 

Again, why is your wife not here on VJ?

And what's wrong with that if having ladies attorney and this is why I am here if they can handle the cases or not I am asking you guys to tell me if they can handle it or not before we hire attorney and she was not professional and I am very scared to hire unprofessional attorney now and this law firm charges 100$ consultation fee thats why I am asking you should we trust them?

We are reapplying our case soon with this law firm and do you think they can handle the complex cases like ours and we have to answer those objections in this case we have new evidence my wife meet with me and with my family in qatar and we have new evidence we are planning to go with this law firm do you think they can handle it and my wife is running business and she is very busy so that's why she is not using visajourney

No one here has any idea whether this random law firm can "handle your case."

 

I suggest your wife take time out of her busy schedule to do some reading and research here on VJ.  If her marriage, and immigrating you to the US is a priority, she needs to take an active role in your case.

Apparently no one, on here, knows anything about this firm.  You can check the state bar association to see if there are any complaints.

 

Spend the $100 and let us know what you think.

Waste of time, they seem fine, she should go and do the consult, see if she feels happy with them, gets a good vibe with whoever will be handling her case.

Hi my wife talk with attorney today and the attorney said she need the evidence which we send with rebuttal she is going to get from uscis and she said it’s going to take 3 months to 6 months to get the evidence from uscis and when she get the evidence then she will review our evidence and if evidence are enough then she will take our case if not she won’t take our case and her total fee is 5 thousands dollars what should we do?
