CEAC status ready two months after interview

I'm in Administrative processing as well since September 25th. Our case was updated on September 27th and 30th and October 21st. They only asked for my husband's W-2 for 2018 and said everything else was fine. 😟 why do they take this long just to check a one page document? 

I wonder that myself. We got an email saying that no further action was needed on our part, but the case was still placed on AP... 😓. Who knows how much longer it’ll take now

@Meyling, my Husband’s case was updated today 10/23 and it finally shows issued. Praise the Lord!. Anything for you?

I just said it was weird that all your past updates are the same as my updates, and here it is again on 10/22 I also got an update but still the same AP 😔

Yes, I did..they no longer say undergoing administrative processing but instead saying immigrant visa unit is reviewing.. although I was being told that it is nothing different, still AP. I hope it meant it coming close to a decision.

10/23 was the reply email but the date did not change on CEAC (so 10/22 I got a date change on CEAC, then I got the email on 10/23)

They actually pulled your file to respond,  that's why the date changed

so, IV unit reviewing is just another way of telling me still in AP? but does it at least tell me that it was not with another agency waiting for them to finish?

I can't comment on the quality of the reply just why the date changed on your  ceac status
