Concerns about case and AP (Split)

Hi everyone my first time here!! My husband is 23 years older than me but we make a great couple!! We been married for two years now but we didnt file for my adjustment of status because I was going back and fourth to my country the reason why I have 2 kids there and a sickly sister that  had lupus at that time,,she died this year rip sis🥺😔 my husband went for the funeral I couldn't cause I over stayed my visa I had my reason cause my husband is not financially stable and I had to pay off the hospital my sister was in 2017 I owed the hospital so I had to wrk long story short I married my husband 2017 March 6 I went back to my country in the same month cause my visa was gonna be up I came back three months after I went back to wrk thrre I met my long time child hood bf lol we started off even tho I was married I wasnt living with my husband he didnt had a home since he filed bankruptcy in his house ,,  too much drama with his child mother never bothered me,,  now my husband saw me and my child hood bf just talking he ran off the map now he left me thrre  I had no where to stay I was staying by a fren house she used to take most my money I used to wrk time goes on I tried messages my husband he block me now my child hoos bf all up in my inbox I got carried away we started off having intimate I starting to like him after 5 months of not hearing or seeing my husband he all of a sudden showed up my bf now starting to hit me abusing me telling me he gonna report me to ice that I marry an old man for a greencard from that nite I saw my husband we started talking I told him everything he was willing to wrk it out we did we tried I call the cops when bf hit me and told him not to come anywhere near me now my husband and I started to live this year January he filed my papers my ex bf now call immigration and told him that I marry for a greencard my husband ex wife did the same remember she had drama lol yesterday was our interview it was 45 minutes long my husband knows everything bout my family I know his kids date of birth almost 100 question we nailed it thank God!!! The last part she grilled me that I cheated on my husband the whole time accused me of having affairs with men she give us a white paper stating to contact 120 days and our case is refer to TSC or NBC centre until priority date date become current..... I took that letter to my lawyer she told me they looking for a stokes interview am really really scared am living honest with my husband since January we are together my ex mess me up cause he sent picture and text to them too.... plz anyone in this situation plz help me thanks in advance 🙏
